Allemagne: le Canada va livrer les turbines destinées au gazoduc russe Nord Stream 1
Officiellement, Moscou invoque les sanctions européennes pour justifier la forte réduction des livraisons depuis un mois. Les sanctions interdisaient jusqu'ici à la filiale canadienne de Siemens de retourner à la Russie des turbines défectueuses - entre-temps réparées - nécessaires au fonctionnement du gazoduc.
Berlin ne croit pas à cette version, convaincue que Poutine utilise l'arme du gaz pour pénaliser les soutiens à l'Ukraine. Avec le retour prochain en Russie des turbines Siemens, plus rien ne s'oppose, en théorie, au retour du gaz russe en Allemagne. Lire la suite...
